Hi, my name is Chris, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, and registered nurse in the state of Alabama.

God designed us to be in relationship with each other. He also designed men and women very differently, much to our frustration at times! When we learn and understand these differences, we are better quipped to navigate different situations and feelings together as a team, which is what marriage is all about! As spouses, we are tasked with the duty of helping our partner get to Heaven. In order to do this, we must understand them, as well as ourselves, and be open to our most vulnerable feelings. When you learn how to positively resolve conflict, the door is opened to a whole new world in which you are empowered to actually embrace disagreements and harness their energy to create a bond that will forge your foundation into a rock, with the strength, depth and beauty of a diamond!
This is your happiness we are talking about, don’t put it off! I have been where you are and I know how awful it feels, but we only get one life, let’s make it AWESOME!! Mother Teresa said “Every moment spent in unhappiness is a moment of happiness lost.” Let’s stop losing happy moments and begin living each moment as is if it’s our last, because sadly, it very well could be.
Unfortunately, as an LMSW and RN, I have witnessed these last moments frequently. They are very rarely planned for and often much a surprise. Life is way too short to put off living your best life now! I will help you embrace disagreements as blessings, understand yourself and each other better, and polish yourselves into diamonds for each other and God’s Kingdom, with the ultimate goal of Heaven. I would be honored to walk alongside you every step of your journey to strengthened love, peace, understanding, and joy.
